If our menu needs a few little tweaks, we would be happy to try to accommodate any special requirements.
For parties of eight or more a non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person and pre-order will secure and confirm your booking.

Avocado, radish, baby gem, pecorino salad with mango dressing sauce
Spinach and blue cheese croquettes with aioli sauce
Brown sugar, citrus cured salmon gravadlax
Cotswold chicken & duck, terrine with piccalilli
Stuffed with apricot, sage, Serrano ham. Served with parmentier potatoes, brussels sprouts and homemade cranberry sauce
Roasted red peppers, tomato, goat’s cheese and oregano dressing
Puy lentils, red wine braised red cabbage served with caramelised apple gravy sauce
Pan fried fillet of salmon, caponata, infused basil oil
Balanced flavour and tenderness, served with either a chimichurri, peppercorn sauce or red wine jus - best served medium-rare
With Pedro Ximénez cream sauce
